The Starbucks staff, Holly and Jackie and all of the other staff are great and usually have our drinks on the go before we have ordered. Very friendly and happy to help with any beverage or food need. Great service. Thank you.

Stayed here last week for a breakaway - wasn’t disappointed!
Rooms where amazing so clean and the beds were soo comfy slept amazing!
Service was a 10/10 from everyone I came across also happy and wanting to help.

We recently ran a meeting for 40 business leaders here and the level of service was absolutely second to none! We run meetings across the country and I can honestly say that this venue was without doubt the most welcoming, accommodating and friendly venue we have ever used. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure that they not only met, but exceeded our expectations, but particularly Mark, Charlie and Jayne - I could not recommend highly enough!

Positioned in the heart of West Swindon the bar is a great location to meet with family. The bar is an American themed sports bar which shows all of the important sporting events on big screen. The food is very good especially the chicken tenders. They also have Mahou on tap which for me is a win.

I've tried a few hotels in Swindon for business trips but the Village is now my go-to. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy but what makes this place special is the super-friendly and helpful staff. From the front-desk welcome, gym reception, cleaners and bar staff. Parking is free, there's an in-house gym and pool and there is a supermarket, bar, restaurant, bowling alley and cinema in the same complex that is just a short walk across the car park. Definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Swindon.

The service at this place is fantastic, staff couldn't do more. Breakfast is definitely a good add on before hand, food was great every morning. Beds were very comfortable, I didn't want to get up some mornings. Now to some of the things that can be improved, rooms are definitely in need of upgrading the same with the bathrooms.

It has good pool temperature but the steam room and sauna room are a bit too small.
The worst thing is - the breakfast!!! The sausages and bacons are always over cooked / burnt. The hash brown are tiny and not crunchy at all. There’s only dried scrambled egg and I can’t even order a fresh fried egg! I visited many different hotels in Swindon and its breakfast quality is definitely the lowest of all. I think the management should seriously look into this.

Had an overnight at the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The gym was sufficient as was the spa. It was a works party and it worked well. Bar waiter's service and food at dinner was nice as was the breakfast in the morning. But the biggest shout out is to Sally at reception. She was lovely, patient as l asked a lot of questions throughout my stay. Professional, polite and a warm a smile. In conclusion "value for money "

The room was dirty. Bathroom filthy and sink full of cobwebs/not cleaned. Tiling was cracked and falling apart around the taps in the shower. Blinds broken. 3 plug sockets in the room for 2 of us. We had a joint room, and they only left us 2 towels for the 4 of us. On arrival, it looked nice, but going to our floor, the walls were bashed up, the carpets were dirty and just in need of freshening up.
The food was basic. No fresh fruit. The standard of the food was clearly cheap. There is no selection of teas or coffee.

Went today for a first time as it was recommended everywhere for kids as the water in the pool is very warm. We want to get a subscription where we'd feel welcomed every week.
We had interaction with 3 people and honestly, I'm disappointed as I made a point to the young girl on the desk that it's our first time here. She didn't even say Hello or absolutely anything except "do you have the code?" She tell us which way to go, didn't explain absolutely anything about the facilities although we had a whole day family pass. We thought there was a queue for the pool, turned out to be for an aerobic class. There was hardly any space left to pass through and then you get in in a small corridor where there are lockers,but everyone is getting in and out so you can't even have it open. I asked the same girl how to use the bracelets and she said "just tap it", which turned out to not be the case as yiu had to press to lock, so thanks so much for the explanation, maybe if I wanted to figure it out and had the time for that (with a toddler by my side) I wouldn't have bothered asking?!
We had the claner gentleman help us with the lockers, he was very polite and told us there is a trick to open some of them. He asked even if there was anything else we needed as he noticed we were flustered. On other hand when we were leaving, I left the bracelets amd wasn't even acknowledged si had to tell the girl "there we go" for her to look up and made some sort of eye contact. 0 customer service!!
So please rethink your choices for people on the front desks on lower ground!The factvyou have young girls doesn't mean they know /have been thought to have manners and are polite to people. I think the cleaner of the pool (shame i didn't get his name) should be your choice if you want people to be impressed and happy with the service.
Also - there was some floating noodles, but aperrantly the manager said he won't be unlocking the cage to get any out so we weren't given those, if you are coming with a child, bring your own everything!!
